The Blown Out Tire Drawings started on June 1, 2006 when I stopped on Interstate 20 from Atlanta to Birmingham
and threw a retread in the back of my truck.
I had always been intrigued by these voids in the landscape
and the story associated with each incident.
Over 700 renderings, in a variety of mediums, have been
executed in this ongoing series.
